ADAPTABLE RUNNER RENAULT R4 FOR 1 WINDOW PLASTIC FRAME

Adaptable window runner for RENAULT R4 plastic frames

This kit includes: the flocked window run and the rubber cover profile for a single window.

Dismantling instructions :

1/ Unstrap the frame.

2/ Remove the door frame.

3/ Remove the glass.

4/ Remove the runner from its plastic support.

5/ Clean the glass and slide support assembly with water and a non-aggressive product such as washing-up liquid. Then dry the assembly well.

Assembly instructions :

1/ Place the runner at the bottom, starting from the water drain hole.

2/ When you reach the end of the glass closer guide, insert the rubber profile under the collar and continue to fill the assembly until the beginning of the glass closer guide. Then continue with the runner only until you reach the water drainage hole.

3/ It is possible to make openings in the other two drainage holes.

4/ To hold the runner in place at the joint, you can apply two dots of polyurethane glue.

5/ Replace the glass.

6/ Replace the frame in its housing on the door.

7/ Fit the staples (reference: AGRAFE008), not included in the kit.
